What this covers
For owners who self-manage but don't want to run a leasing campaign, this is placement only. We price the unit against real local comps, get it listed and seen, handle the inquiries and showings, then review applications and screen properly: income verification, rental history, credit, and background. You receive a qualified tenant and a signed lease, and you take it from there.
Every engagement starts with a conversation about the specific property: what it is, what condition it's in, what you want it to do, and what that realistically looks like in the Buffalo market. Then we put the scope and the fee in writing before anything begins.
